9.1 Contract Formation
By purchasing or subscribing to any educational program, live trading room, webinar, digital product, or membership offered by Samurai Day Trading PTE. LTD., you enter into a legally binding agreement with Samurai Day Trading PTE. LTD. under Singapore law
A contract is formed when payment is successfully processed and confirmation of enrolment or access is issued.
9.2 Nature of Services
All products and services provided are educational in nature only.
Samurai Day Trading does not provide financial product advice, investment advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, or trade execution services.
Participation does not create any fiduciary, advisory, or investment management relationship.
9.3 Pricing & Payment
All fees are stated in the currency specified at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other authorised payment processors.
Samurai Day Trading does not store full credit card details.
Access to services may be suspended if payment fails or is reversed.
9.4 Digital Product Delivery
Educational materials are delivered electronically.
Due to the digital nature of the services and immediate access provided, all sales are final unless otherwise required under applicable law.
No refunds are provided for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to complete a course
- Dissatisfaction with trading outcomes
- Failure to achieve financial results
This does not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
9.5 Subscriptions & Renewals
Where services are subscription-based:
- Billing occurs in advance
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Cancellation prevents future billing but does not trigger retrospective refunds.
9.6 Intellectual Property
All content, indicators, materials, videos, course documents, charts, presentations, and
branding are the intellectual property of Samurai Day Trading PTE. LTD.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only.
You may not:
- Copy
- Distribute
- Resell
- Share login access
- Record live sessions
- Reproduce proprietary materials
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination and legal action.
9.7 Limitation of Liability (Subject to UCTA)
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samurai Day Trading’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any services shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Samurai Day Trading shall not be liable for:
- Trading losses
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Loss of opportunity
- Loss of profit
- Loss arising from third-party broker platforms
- Market volatility
Trading decisions remain solely the responsibility of the participant.
9.8 Subscriptions & Renewals
Samurai Day Trading may suspend or terminate access where a participant:
- Breaches these Terms
- Shares proprietary materials
- Engages in abusive or disruptive conduct
- Attempts payment fraud or chargebacks
9.9 Pricing & Payment
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
